Remove sleeve and open the plastic lid very slightly

Heat on high (1000W) for the time stated behind the pack

Stir gently and check if evenly heated. Reheat 1-2 min if needed

Serve hot and enjoy!
Check the back of pack for heating time.
Special Note for Tandoori Salmon Fillet:
A Mint Yogurt dipping sauce is included inside the pack. Please remove the sauce before microwaving. This product is not suitable for the boiling water method. Serve the sauce chilled or at room temperature after heating.
